Pilates Barre On Demand was created by celebrity fitness expert Tracey Mallett, also known as the “Pilates Barre Queen” and the creator of the global brand BootyBarre that brings you exciting and innovative workouts. Pilates, Barre, HIIT, and Cardio Fusion workouts will energize and redefine your body. Choose from 5, 10, 20, 30, 45 and 60 minute classes to fit your schedule. Also, access exclusive programs such as Svelte U, BootyBarre, Quick Body Blasts and Self-Care Intensives. Weekly videos will be released along with monthly workouts and downloadable calendars to keep you motivated and on track.

Raise your heart rate, lose fat and burn calories like never before. You’ll boost up your stamina with our HIIT interval workouts and cardio dance fusion. These workouts will get your sweat on at the push of a button. Burn mega calories and have fun doing so!
Pregnancy:
Check out our pre and post pregnancy workouts to safely exercise throughout pregnancy and get back in shape postnatal. Workouts consist of strength training and flexibility with core training from Pilates.
